Find Ways to Connect
Connection is a big part of who we are as people. Everyone wants to feel connected whether it is to someone close or to a group of people. Here are some ways that Walking through Light helps provide that opportunity to connect with those around you.
Connection Class
Walking through Light provides a class to help those who struggle to connect with others, specifically their child/youth or those children and youth they work with. These classes will give an overview of how to connect with the children and youth around you, as well as, provide ways and examples of how to connect with them.
Connection Groups
Connection groups are groups where moms, dads, grandmas, grandpas, aunts or uncles can come and spend time with their child or youth and connect with them along with other adults and children or youth. This provides a connection not only between the adult and the children or youth but also between participants in the group.
Preschool Playhouse
Preschool Playhouse is a for-profit part of Walking through Light. It provides a place for children ages 0 to 5 to play during the day while still promoting connection between the adult and child.
